"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page." - Saint Augustine

Food Adventures Outside My Kitchen is more than just a blog about food. It's my passion for exploring the world's cuisines and discovering new flavors, whether I'm traveling to another country or just exploring neighboring restaurants. As a foodie, food is not just about sustenance but also a form of art that transcends culture and boundaries.

Every meal tells a story, from a street food vendor in Thailand to a fine dining restaurant in Paris or a warung in Bali. I've been fortunate enough to explore fine dining restaurants, local restaurants, warungs, food stalls, and markets in different countries. Each country has its unique culinary traditions that have opened my eyes to new experiences. Through their food, I've learned so much about the history and customs of the places I've visited.

But Food Adventures Outside My Kitchen is not limited to traveling to another country. It also means exploring neighboring restaurants in my city, where there is always something new to discover, even in familiar places. So not only does it support local businesses, but it also helps me learn more about the different cultures within my community.

As I continue exploring new cuisines, every experience broadens my culinary horizons and enriches my life. From navigating unfamiliar menus to trying daring dishes like bats and dogs in Asia, each adventure has been a new opportunity to push my limits and discover something new. Through Food Adventures Outside My Kitchen, I want to share these experiences with others and inspire them to go on their culinary journey.
